Overview
The Exclude IP Addresses feature allows you to:
- For Website Engagement: exclude dealership employees, or other IPs, from proactively receiving onsite engagement; the coin will still be visible but it won't "pop" at Shoppers in that IP.

For DigAd: this block works only for Google Search and Display - it will NOT block Shoppers/ users from seeing ads on Social (as Meta doesn't support this feature) or ads served within Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns.

For Vins Acceleration - VDP views from blocked users are not counted in/ towards VIN Acceleration

For General CDP - Blocked users will not appear in Shopper Analysis or as shoppers elsewhere across the platform

What's an IP address
An Internet Protocol address (IP address) is a unique number from a computer or device connected to the Internet. By providing us with your employee’s IP address, the system can detect that IP address and prevent it from seeing your Google Ads.
Fullpath supports the following IP formats: IPv4, IPv6. You may input your IP addresses in the following way:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (Basic) Example: 192.0.2.1
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx (CIDR) Example: 192.0.2.0/24
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx-xxx (Range) Example: 192.0.2.0-255
Please note, the range input is only supported on the last part of the IP address.
How can I add an IP address to the Exclude IPs list?
- Enter your Fullpath Dashboard
- Go to Dealership Settings > Exclude IPs https://dashboard.fullpath.com/settings/dealership/exclude-ips
- Enter the IP addresses
*To determine your dealership IP Address, verify with your network administrator. You can also check your IP address by visiting a site such as What's My IP Address? from your device. Read more about IP address.
