Overview
Fullpath integrates with Call Revu in order to provide robust call details in the Fullpath Shopper timeline. The timeline includes call events (phone leads) made to dealerships using Call Revu Call tracking. The Call Revu integration also means you can filter and create audiences in the CDP based on Calls tracked.
Call Revu Call Details
The Fullpath Shopper timeline will show phone calls made to a dealership's Call Revu call tracking number and include the following information:
- Call Duration
- Phone number of the lead
- Campaign name
- Provider
- Department
- Call Director
- Answered / Not Answered
- Call Result
- Notes
The Dashboard timeline also allows the user to click to listen to the recording.
CallRevu as a Filter in the CDP Audience Builder
You may filter Shoppers by those whose calls to the Dealership were tracked using CallRevu. The filter for this can be found in the 'Integrations' section and the available conditions include:
- Call Direction (Inbound / Outbound)
- Answered (Yes / No)
- Department (free form text input)
- Campaign (free form text input)
Setting Up Call Revu Integration with Fullpath
To set up an integration with CallRevu and Fullpath, you will need to provide your Fullpath Implementation / Customer Success Manager with:
